Compact design
The hydraulic folding of the spray booms transforms the crop protection sprayer into a compact unit measuring 1.60 m x 3.00 m x 3.65 m (L x W x H) and folds to just 3m for road transport. With adjusted gauge wheels and an unfolded support wheel, the folded sprayer can be easily maneuvered manually.
High-end technology
To process our complex neural networks in real time, we have developed the most powerful hardware by far for our sprayer. With 100 TFLOPS (trillion operations per second), our camera delivers performance on an entirely new level while being extremely robust and resistant to external interference.
Lighting
Our cameras are each equipped with two spotlights. This means that the field of view of
each individual camera is fully illuminated. Our spotlights achieve an impressive 43,200 lumens per unit!
Bespoke Nozzles
The machine is equipped with 222 individually controllable flat-fan nozzles, with each nozzle spaced just 40mm apart. These specifically designed nozzles have a 15 degree angle a flow rate of 200 millimetres at 5 bar. This allows even the smallest weeds to be precisely targeted.
To achieve this precise spraying result, the spray booms are mounted on a floating linkage and equipped with side guide wheels.
Ground adaptation
To achieve this precise spraying result, the spray booms are mounted in a swinging configuration and equipped with lateral gauge wheels. These ensure that the distance between the nozzles and the target object remains constant, especially on uneven terrain. Additionally, the track of the outer gauge wheels identifies the treated area.
Requirements for the tractor
An integrated power unit reduces the requirements for the tractor to a front hitch and a front PTO shaft. Tractors from the lower power segment can be used to operate the crop protection sprayer.
Simple Set-up
An integrated power unit reduces the requirements for the tractor to just a front hitch and a front PTO. With a low weight of approximately 1,200kg when the tank is full, the RXF900 can be operated with tractors from the lower power range.
Individual Suspension Wheels
To ensure optimal image recognition even in challenging terrain, all wheels are mounted on spring-mounted individual suspension. This ensures that shocks do not negatively affect the camera image.
Additionally, the entire mechanism is protected by the suspension, as it absorbs impacts, which enhances the durability of the system.
SPOT SPRAYER WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Artificial intelligence (AI) enables machines to learn from experience, adapt to new incoming information, and perform tasks that require human-like cognitive abilities.
CONTROLS
If a plant is detected by the image recognition system during operation, the required spray nozzles open as the plant reaches the spray boom to completely cover the dock plant with crop protection chemicals. This process works seamlessly during cornering and at varying speeds. With individual nozzle control, the minimum spray width is 40 mm, allowing even the smallest leaves to be precisely treated.
The user interface allows detailed display of driving and spraying data. It also enables the adjustment of spray parameters and access to maintenance functions. Despite its advanced capabilities, operating the crop protection sprayer is very straightforward. Once the PTO shaft is engaged and the machine is positioned on the ground, the image recognition system starts automatically. Whether the image recognition is active is indicated by a signal light that is easily visible from the tractor's cabin.
